Welcome to PopAmour! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before placing a booking. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

Your card will not be charged until:

• We confirm the location access (hotel, Airbnb, vacation rental, or private residence); and
• Our designer verifies that your customized package selections are accurate and compatible with the space.

You will receive a confirmation email usually within 24 hours of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, either via email or through the Contact Us page on our website.

• • More than 2 weeks (14+ days) before the setup date: Full refund
  • 72 hours to 14 days before setup: 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours before setup: No refund, under any circumstances — including, but not limited to:
    
    • Flight delays or cancellations
    • Weather conditions
    • Illness (including COVID-19)
    • Guest change of plans or unavailability
    • Hotel or vacation rental cancellations or booking errors.

Additionally, if our team is not granted access within 15 minutes of the scheduled setup time (e.g., front desk doesn’t have our name or room key isn’t provided), no refund will be issued.

3. Room Access & Property Policies
It is your responsibility to:

• Cover any potential cleanup, repair, or decoration fees that your host or venue may charge.
  PopAmour is not responsible for such charges.

4. Media Consent: Video, Audio & Photography
If you select packages that include audio/video capture, you consent to:

• Discreet cameras will begin continuous recording once activated by the designer and will capture from that moment until the customer manually stops the recording. This includes the guest(s)’s entrance into the room.
• By selecting any recording package, all parties in the room consent to being filmed, as required under California Penal Code § 632 (two‑party consent).
• Footage is stored on a physical memory drive within the camera, with a secure cloud backup that is automatically deleted within 30 days.

We do not monitor or review video footage unless:

• The customer explicitly requests video editing (e.g., for a keepsake clip), or
• We need to investigate setup quality or technical issues.

If video recording is left on after entry, PopAmour is not liable for any unintended footage, including intimate moments.

By selecting any PopAmour room setup package, you grant PopAmour permission to:

• Capture and use photos and/or videos of the decor setup only (not of people), taken by our designer during or after installation.
• Share these materials on our website, social media platforms, or in other promotional materials.

5. Music & Audio Effects Disclaimer

Some packages include triggered music or voice message playback upon room entry. This can be surprising or startling to sensitive individuals.

PopAmour is not liable for any emotional distress, startle reactions, ear discomfort due to loud music, or any other response related to audio effects included in your selected package.

6. Phone, Text, and Mobile Communications
By booking with PopAmour, you consent to receive communications related to your order via:

• Phone calls, text messages, email, or WhatsApp
• These may include setup updates, access coordination, and service-related notices

Carrier charges may apply. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time. However, operational messages (e.g., regarding setup timing or location access) will still be sent.

7. Privacy & Data

8. Limitation of Liability
PopAmour shall not be liable for:

• Any emotional distress, discomfort, or personal impact resulting from surprise setups.
• Unintended media capture, missed expectations, or venue limitations beyond our control
  All services are provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the value of the package purchased.

9. Acceptance
