3. Media and Video Recording Disclosure

• Recording begins when our designer activates the camera and continues until you manually stop it.
• Video is stored on a physical memory drive on the device and a secure cloud backup.
• The cloud footage is automatically deleted after 30 days unless otherwise requested by you.
• We do not review or access video recordings unless a technical issue or customer request requires it.
• You are fully responsible for stopping the recording. PopAmour is not liable for any personal content captured after the setup is completed.

4. Photo Usage & Public Sharing
If you opt-in to one of our room services, you grant us permission to:

• Use photos and video of decor setups only (no people) taken by our team.
• Publish them on our website, social media, or promotional materials
