Choose your hotel, Airbnb, private home in the Bay Area and pick a time after check-in—like during dinner or the next day. Setup takes 2-3 hours.
3- Hotel Confirmation
Your card won’t be charged until we confirm your location and date, and our decorator verifies the package details. We’ll follow up with confirmation within 24 hours of booking.
4- Check-in & Notify
Arrive early and either leave our decorator’s name at the front desk or meet them in the lobby.
5- Real-Time Updates
Our decorator texts you updates every step of the way so you’re never left guessing.
6- Celebrate!
