Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. To ensure fairness and transparency for both our clients and our team, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Submitting a Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the Contact Us form on our website. Cancellations made through other means (e.g., text, phone) will not be considered valid unless followed up in writing.
2. Refund Eligibility Timeline
- More than 2 weeks (14+ days): 100% refund
- 72 hours to 14 days:
50% refund - Less than 72 hours: No refund – under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Weather conditions (rain, snow, wildfire, etc.)
- Illness (including COVID-19 and flu)
- Change of plans or personal emergencies
- Hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental cancellations or booking errors
3. Access-Dependent Services – No Refund if Entry Is Not Provided
PopAmour requires access to your hotel room, Airbnb, or vacation rental at least 15 minutes before your scheduled setup time.
If we are not granted access — for example:
- The front desk doesn’t have our name
- You forget to leave a room key or access code
- Hotel staff refuse us entry due to policy
- Security blocks our setup for any reason
Then no refund will be issued, as our time and resources have already been committed.
4. Modifications Instead of Cancellation
If your plans change more than 72 hours before the setup, we may be able to reschedule your setup for a different date subject to availability. Fees may apply. Rescheduling within 72 hours is not guaranteed and may result in full loss of payment.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Public health emergencies
- Venue closure
- Acts of government or terrorism
In these cases, PopAmour will offer rescheduling options if possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Attempting to reverse charges (e.g., via your bank or credit card provider) after agreeing to these terms and failing to meet cancellation criteria will be treated as a breach of contract. We reserve the right to provide all related documentation to contest such claims.
